HOME / COMPANY / HOW WE WORK
The operating system.
Biogas fails on operations, not chemistry. So the company is organised around five disciplines that keep feedstock honest, biology healthy and value flowing back to the catchment.
01
The loop, as operations
Buy. Convert. Sell. Return. Measure.
| Stage | What happens | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| 01 · BUY | Residue purchased at the gate | FPOs and rural partners aggregate crop residue, press mud and organic waste; every load weighed, moisture-checked and paid against record. |
| 02 · CONVERT | Digested, purified, bottled | CSTR digestion, water scrubbing to SATAT purity, two-stage H₂S removal; the plant runs to procedure under SCADA. |
| 03 · SELL | Gas to industry and transport | BioCNG dispatched by cascade, mother-daughter network or pipeline injection; contracted demand under the CBG obligation. |
| 04 · RETURN | Fertiliser back to the fields | Solid and liquid organic fertiliser tested and sold back into the sourcing catchment, restoring carbon to its soil. |
| 05 · MEASURE | Ledger closed, method attached | Output, procurement and returns reconciled; impact published with methods, or held as a stated target until it can be measured. |
02
Five disciplines
What we refuse to improvise.
01
Feedstock QC
Every load checked at the gate. Bad feedstock is the root of every bad month.
02
Biology watch
Daily lab work on digester health; corrections before yield drops, not after.
03
Preventive maintenance
Serviced on calendar. A plant down for a seal is a catchment out of income.
04
Safety & compliance
Gas is unforgiving. Drills, records and audits stay current, always.
05
Open reporting
Owners, lenders and partners see output, uptime and cost monthly.
